Asa mod suggestion

I noticed quite a few players enjoy building here, I personally would love more decorations to play w to bring our builds to life. Rr home deko was one of my favs. Honestly any decoration mod would be nice tho, only so much u can do w the base game decor

 I believe they plan to do that at some point, just waiting for some good ones to finish developing. EX: CKF.

Ya, I know there may be some mods out there (of various kinds) for ASA, but from what I hearing many are buggy and care causing issues - on top of the server instability we’re already seeing from this still being a new “early access” game.  Plus there may be others they already know about that just aren’t out yet.  I’m sure as the server starts getting some better stability (same with the mods being put out - they may be good with one game patch, but then bug out with the next game patch), mods will slowly start being added.  Deco-type mods are always popular with the builders so I’m sure there’s a good chance we’ll see one in the near-ish future.

Things do seem to be getting more stable with mods this past week, hence why we have been asking people to help us test them on the new map Svart. Please let me know how stable you guys feel they are and we can certainly bring on more. Prior, servers that had mods were crashing constantly due to the memory leak patch that was out.

Its hard for me to play two maps right now, but i do mean to check it out. I do look at the mods being tested tho and none of them are decor. not sure if ckfr is gonna do more then one bed table chair like the previous versions, im more hoping to bring each room to life, so specifically hoping for decor mod if the community is interested in it. I see a lot of fancy builds, i personally have a few rooms in my house w almost nothing in em cause i have a habit of making houses w specific rooms in mind. Thanks for considering XD

I could get behind a decor mod, but honestly if there is a decor mod that has some functionality that would be even better. For an example check out This Video

oh the rr home deko one i used in ase and the one they made for asa does in fact have quite a few useable decor pieces like a kitchen sink and bathroom sink u can get water at,same w a water cooler. it has a coffee pot that can act as a generator for say u have a lil houseboat. theres a whole lots of functional decor in it even a transfer terminal that would work in the future for us to switch between maps from our bases. Plus its loaded w like 12 beds tables etc so you never feel limited in making each room have its own personality

A Skyrim style decor set seems appropriate. I’m looking forward to this though. I’ll probably start doing stuff on the test server soon too.

this was passed over due to it is not crossplay compatible at this time the mod crashes on consoles.

oh dang we dont want that, honestly any mod that has decor would be nice, if any of them have been cross compatiable would be lovely. hopefully that one works out its kinks tho i love that it has functional decor

I'm afraid it maybe a hardware limitation with consoles but i could be wrong

The dev of svartl has stated that the mod now has updates but for pc only due to curseforge issues with cross play. I believe the current issues happen to be with curse forge and not with hardware as of now.
